From The Shops at Yale:
Explore Yale and downtown New Haven and rack up those daily steps by joining a Fitstyle Walking Tour! Walk interesting routes and learn fun facts about the history and architecture of the area along the way. Shana Schneider, a Yale alum, local resident, and founder of Fitstyle by Shana will be your guide, keeping the pace and helping you cover about 2 miles during the ~60-minute walk. The route includes iconic buildings of Yale's campus, art installations, historical sites, as well as shopping and dining areas along routes you wouldn't normally take on your own!
Walks take place the 1st and 3rd weekends of the month through November. Space is limited and registration is required. Registration fee is $5 per person and will be donated to the Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen. Shop, dine, and explore New Haven after the walk, free 4-hour parking is provided.
Third Thursday Appreciation Nights
The Shops at Yale is offering special appreciation nights every third Thursday of the month through November for select groups, with the next one scheduled for Thursday, September 16 for Teachers & Professors!
Third Thursday Appreciation Nights include a special night of shopping and dining, exclusive discounts, free gifts with purchase, free parking with purchase, and so much more starting at 4:00pm at our participating retailers and restaurants! Check-in is not required. Just show your work ID or business card to the store or restaurant associate to redeem your special offer.

The Shops at Yale would like to welcome all new and returning college and university students to downtown New Haven with a Virtual Welcome Bag! The virtual bag includes 70 exclusive shopping and dining offers (valid August 26 – September 26) that students from Yale University, Quinnipiac University, Southern Connecticut State University, University of New Haven, Albertus Magnus College, Gateway Community College, and any college or university can redeem at businesses throughout New Haven.
