New Haven, CT - Farnam Realty Group proudly hosted the official ribbon cutting ceremony for The Elm, October 27th, 2021.
Farnam was appointed by long-time client, owner and developer of The Elm, Nick Falker to manage and lease the brand new construction 44-unit boutique luxury building in the heart of Downtown New Haven.
What seemed like a rocky start for this building with construction delays and the Global Pandemic, the ribbon cutting was a nice way to reflect on all that has been accomplished. What once was just a parking lot on Howe Street is now home to luxury, energy efficient, walkable apartments.
Farnam has leased over 600 apartments in 2021 which provided great insight on how much the needs and expectations have changed for tenants.
