The Cannon

The Cannon calls itself The People's Pub, and it is two things at once that rarely go together: a fully cruelty-free kitchen and a proper football bar. It is home to the New Haven Gooners, so Premier League matches are on and the room fills early for them. There is a full bar, weekend brunch from ten, and no meat anywhere on the menu. Closed Mondays. If you have ever been told vegan food and a pub atmosphere cannot coexist, this is the counterexample.
