Pizza House

Pizza House has held the corner of Howe and Edgewood since 1963, a block behind Pierson College, and the recipe has not changed in more than sixty years. This is Greek-style pizza rather than New Haven apizza: square slices, a thicker crust, toppings piled on. It is not trying to be Pepe's or Sally's and never has been. What it is instead is the place a stretch of this neighborhood has been walking to for three generations, run by the same family the whole way.
