Handcrafted pizza from a brick oven at 122 Howe Street, made with locally sourced ingredients and run by an owner who is usually in the room. Pizza and wings are the core of it, with outdoor seating and, unexpectedly, bookshelves. The real distinction is the clock: doors open at three in the afternoon and stay open until three in the morning on weeknights and four on Friday and Saturday. Nothing else in the district serves this late.
