Rupinder Singh came back from a trip to Nashville convinced hot chicken needed Indian spices, and opened Hot Murga on Howe Street in 2023. The result is sandwiches, sliders and loaded fries built on 100% certified halal chicken, with heat you choose yourself: none, mild, medium, hot, or super hot.
